Booking & Schedule
01 When can I start the course?
Our classes are arranged by student booking. Tell us your preferred start date and we will check availability for you. Most 5-day courses usually start on Monday.
02 How can I book a course?
You can contact us by email or through our website contact form. Please tell us your name, the course you are interested in, and your preferred start date. We will check the schedule and confirm your booking by email.
03 What time does the class start and finish?
Monday to Friday classes are usually from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
Saturday classes are usually from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. We recommend arriving a little early on your first day.
04 Can I change my course date after booking?
If you need to change your course date, please contact us as early as possible. We will check the schedule and help arrange a new date if available.
Fees & Payment
05 How much is the course fee?
The course fee depends on the course you choose. You can check the prices on our Course & Price page, or contact us if you need help choosing a course.
06 Do I need to pay a deposit?
No deposit is required. You can pay the course fee on the first day of class.
07 How can I pay for the course?
You can pay by cash or card on the first day. Please note that card payment has a 3% service fee.

08 Which course is best for beginners?
For beginners, we recommend starting with the Basic Thai Massage Course. This course teaches the foundation of traditional Thai massage, including basic techniques, stretching, smooth transitions, and breathing.
09 Do I need massage experience before joining?
No, you do not need massage experience for beginner courses. Our teachers will guide you step by step. The Basic Thai Massage Course is suitable for students with no experience.
10 Is English okay for the course?
Yes, basic English is okay. Our teachers will explain step by step, and students can also use Google Translate if needed.
11 Do you offer online courses?
We are sorry, but we do not offer online courses. Our courses are hands-on training, so students need to study and practice at the school.
12 Can I take more than one course?
Yes, students can take more than one course. Please tell us which courses you are interested in and your preferred dates. We will help check the best schedule for you.
13 How many students are in each class?
We keep our classes small so our teachers can give students more attention and guide them step by step.
Certificates & Teacher Training
14 Will I receive a certificate after the course?
Yes, after completing the course, students will receive an official certificate from Ong Thai Massage School. Our school is under the supervision of the Ministry of Education of Thailand, and the certificate is also recognized by NCBTMB.
15 Do you offer Teacher Training?
Yes, we offer a Teacher Training Program for students who want to become Thai massage teachers. This program includes teacher observation, practice, mentoring, and a Teacher Training certificate after completion.

First Day & School Information
16 What should I bring on the first day?
Please kindly bring your passport on the first day. You may also bring comfortable clothes for massage practice and a pen for notes.
17 What should I wear for class?
We recommend wearing comfortable clothes that are easy to move in during massage practice. If needed, the school can also provide clothes for students to borrow.
18 Is lunch included?
Lunch is not included. There are restaurants and cafes near the school where students can have lunch during the break.
